About this project

Creation of a responsive and adaptive application promoting Walloon folklore.

The Walloon Region, commonly known as Wallonia, is one of the three regions of Belgium. Belgian folklore includes fables, popular beliefs, fairy tales, Gallic, Frankish and Norman legends and those of all other people living in Belgium. The goal was to highlight the cultural wealth that Belgium could offers to tourism. In order to better advertise traditions and culture of this region, a creative idea was proposed to the government. Let’s Folk is there to guide step-by-step newcomers into this magic world. Each event is well-described and easily recognisable thanks to the chosen design. An interactive map and icons were added allowing to quickly visualise the various locations. The content is free. Prototype and conception were made on Adobe XD and Photoshop.
