Sephora l Retail
Context
Sephora launched The Perfect Shade For You with creative agency Virtue Asia, a regional campaign celebrating the brand's 1,500+ foundation shades through a diverse cast of skin tones, cultures and identities. The work was bringing that creative into Sephora stores across the region as production-ready in-store artwork.
Approach
Global retail rollout is a craft of restraint. The campaign's visual system was already locked, lockups, typography, palette, photography, and the value sat in how carefully it was carried, not how visibly it was changed. The closer the work got to invisible, the better it had done its job.
Scope
Adapted The Perfect Shade For You across gondolas, POS and in-store displays for ten APAC markets, each with its own languages, retail environments and technical specifications.
