The-Y-Code l Skincare
Context
The Y Code is a London-born men's skincare brand founded by Freddie Sheridan, built on five years of R&D around male skin biology. Stocked at The Workers Club in London and C.O. Bigelow in New York.
Approach
Most men's skincare leans on borrowed codes like heavy masculine cues and gym-bro tone. The Y Code rejected that, and the visual work had to as well. Quiet typographic confidence, generous space, a register closer to menswear than wellness. The same intent had to carry from a Meta ad seen for two seconds to a vinyl across a barbershop window.
Scope
Designed campaign assets and POS for its IRL presence at events with The Workers Club and partner barbershops such as vinyls, posters, and in-store displays. Built a 50-asset paid social system on Meta to test layouts, copy and direction at speed.
